Luxury and spotless place, very very helpful staff from senior management. Extremely clean building and rooms with a huge bathroom. Perfect location with free parking if needed and short walk to the alacart restaurants, the open sea and nearby islands/areas.

The restaurant was great for the romantic dinner, I tried excellent dishes. The views of the sea were particularly good. Stunning location, nice staff in the restaurants are top drawer and another special mention to Ahmed and his team in the Mediterranean for the fantastic service. You could walk to a market and souvenir shops.

Wonderful location, it was not far from the restaurants, bars and reception, and windbreaks were available. The hotel provided a more than adequate breakfast with the option to attend a number of first class, delicious tasty food, cheeses.

This hotel was located in a remote area so close to the lovely warm sea, Hurghada as value and package far better in Sharm El Sheikh, and a very nice reef with quite a lot of fish.

Brand-new room with spectacular views of the sea. Ideal, absolutely perfect location on the bus to the airport. Just off Restaurant in the City, windbreaks were available and the mountains on an evening simply stunning.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to at the end of the pier swimming with the fish and the sea from the jetty. I ate in the specialty restaurant nearby. Morning meal food was delicious.

The food in the buffet and Italian restaurant was tasty with a good variety. The deluxe room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The gym was well-equipped and regularly sanitized.

Very quiet , clean , nice pools , efficient staff , above other hotels in Hurghada .
Impossible to appreciate sea bath or to swim in the sea , too many rocks just near the beach , but of course the hotel can do nothing to change this , it's impossible to destroy corals ! Customers just have to kwow before coming that they can only walk on the sandy beach , not bath in the sea .
