The staff were very obliging and kind, made our stay such great. We had satisfactory breakfasts with local fruits and coffee from a machine, for instance.

The venue has best possible location close to the centre of town. And it's nestled in a very very good building just next door to a coffee shop on the main street which ended up being really cheap, and the beach and shops. Squeaky clean rooms with a double bed are accompanied by terrific service.

We had a great two-night stay at Praia Dourada. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage. Despite our flight cancellations, they had clean rooms ready for us. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bar next to the swimming pool, Colombo, was fantastic and made delicious fresh ponchas. The hotel's close proximity to the beach was a plus. The receptionists were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. we had a wonderful experience.

Not far from the center and from the seaside. One of the cheapest solutions in Porto Santo.

Not very clean and tidy. The rooms are not very comfortable. For sure not the best solution in Porto Santo.Low quality but not low price.

O Rochedo, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is an absolute steal for the price we paid. It was excellent value for money considering everything it had to offer. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Vila Baleira. We were able to explore all the shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any queries we had. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were clean and tidy, with basic amenities such as AC and television. We were particularly pleased to find that our room had a double bed with a bath, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast was simple but satisfying, with a good selection of rolls, bread, cereal. It was the perfect start to our day.

There's always room for improvement, but overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Too much expensive for what we get. Room as very simple, view to the wall, breakfast very very average. It would be a good hotel for 50 euros a night, not for the 100 we have paid.

The double room was great with climate control and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, plus the beds were very comfy. the hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the beach and close to the sea and local restaurants and bars.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Early check-in and luggage storage were convenient. The hotel's location was ideal, near the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning.

It was all superb.

We wanted to book another hotel of the same group (Praia Torre) but it was not available because we started booking rather late for such a high season. Praia Dourada was our second choice. Actually, it had anything we needed (E.G., extra towels for beach). It is not directly on the beach but the distance is negligible. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Also they offered a buffet style dinner for Euro 15 pro person (drinks included) and the quality of food was quite ok.

The hotel has no elevator. Our room was in the last (3rd) floor so currying our heavy suitcase there wasn't easy. Also they provide free WiFi in the lobby - why not in the living floors?

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - right in the center of this charming town. It was so convenient to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had a nice attention to detail. The double bed with a bath was a great touch, and the breakfast spread was tasty and had a good variety. It truly was a pleasant stay.

In my recent stay at a hotel in this city, I found the location to be superb. It was very close to the beach, making it easy for me to take early morning walks. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent facilities such as a swimming pool and table tennis, providing entertainment for guests. The hotel staff was also commendable, delivering exceptional service with constant communication even when I messed up my reservation. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the place and its proximity to the island's only town centre.
