During my recent business trip to Huelva, I had the pleasure of staying at Finca La Fronda, a beautiful hotel chosen by my director. The location of this hotel is truly remarkable. Situated in the charming village of Alajar, with breathtaking views of the Peña de Arias Montano, it provided a serene and picturesque setting for my stay. The pool area was a real highlight, offering magnificent views of Linares and the soothing sound of water flowing through its ditches. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings.

Now, although my experience at Finca La Fronda was overwhelmingly positive, there was one minor drawback.

The rooms were dope with private terraces, and the pool was perfect for chillaxing. Shoutout to Christina and Alec for being mad cool and hooking us up with bomb food, even late at night. The Iberico production tour was fire, and the dining concert with Oscar was straight legendary. Gotta go check it out, no cap!

Only thing missing was a lit party scene for us youngins. We wanted to turn up and have a wild time, but it was more laid-back and chill.

This small hotel has been lovingly created in a beautiful setting with a sense of lavishness and space. It has wonderful views and a real sense of tranquility. It is famliy run and the evening meal was very good value. We will definetly return.

We got great value for our money at Finca La Fronda. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely patio and good electrics. The location was amazing, overlooking Alajar and offering breathtaking views. The staff, particularly Cristina and Alex, made us feel like part of their family and were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved the personalized attention and the amazing meal cooked for us by Alec. We felt well taken care of at every stage of our visit.

The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better is if there were a few more options to choose from.

Personal touches, attention to detail, tranquil location, amazing views, easy access to activities.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The views are spectacular. Open fire in salon a bonus.

Very good bedrooms, communal rooms, location, swimming pool. Fantastic base for walking in the Aracena.

The food is still a work-in-progress - first night was v good, second night was poor. Intentions and service are good.

Stunning location with jaw-dropping views, friendly owners, excellent food and wine, homemade breakfast. Highly recommended for hikes.

Finca La Fronda in Huelva was chosen by my director for our business trip and I must say it was a fantastic choice. The village of Alajar is absolutely charming and the beautiful Peña de Arias Montano offers breathtaking views. The pool area with its magnificent views was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of meetings. the running water through the ditches in Linares added a soothing and tranquil atmosphere to the hotel.

We weren't informed that Alec didn't cook on Thursdays for dinner, which left us scrambling to find a place to eat at the last minute.

We enjoyed our stay at Posada Finca La Fronda - the remote location was perfect and very beautiful with a lovely garden and pool area and stunning views of the countryside. We had planned to eat in the evenings at the Finca and the food was outstanding - the chef, Alec, produced some wonderful meals however it would be best to check before arriving which nights during your stay that food will be available as he does of course have some nights off!

It would be difficult to find anything not to like about Posada Finca La Fronda but a welcome addition in the rooms would be a small fridge and a kettle. It is a very hot area and although water was available in the honesty bar fridge in the dining room, it would be better to be able to keep drinks cold in a fridge in the room. It would also have been appreciated to have been able to have a cup of tea in the room.

our valentine's day getaway at a peaceful mountain retreat in huelva exceeded all expectations. warm and welcoming hosts, breathtaking views of alajar, delicious meals, and great wine made it an unforgettable experience. already planning our return!

We were delighted with Posada Finca La Fronda. The location was perfect, staff very welcoming & helpful and the hotel extreamly comfortable and relaxing after a hard days walking. We plan to return.

The location of this hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. It's a great base for exploring the nearby hiking trails and the Aracena Parque. The breakfast served at this hotel is absolutely delicious, with a variety of options using local products. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom, complete with a separate shower and a bathtub.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The hotel lacked some basic amenities that I would have expected, such as tea making facilities in the rooms.
