A double room with a panoramic view and three beds, as example accommodated us perfectly. The staff members were all helpful and decent. The location was favourable, not too far away from Zocalo.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

It was a particularly good location close enough to the Church of the Virgin Guadalupe, the city centre, and common areas. The services were great, including great breakfasts and free parking if needed.

All in all they offer good service. Luxury rooms complete with a panoramic view of Taxco and balcony, for example, attentive staff. Its location is exceptionally nice and magnificent, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Casa Humboldt.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel nestled in the hills. The rooms were beautifully furnished with traditional Mexican wood and leather, giving off a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight was waking up to panoramic views of twinkling white lights and the Santa Prisca Cathedral. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail, such as the candle holes in the hallway leading to the restaurant, added a touch of magic to my experience.

The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the stunning panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I had a room with a large bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor really made me feel like I had traveled back in time. I was extremely pleased with the breakfast provided at this hotel.
