The staff was gracious and helpful, providing medical assistance when we were ill. The comfort and room service were amazing, making our recovery enjoyable. The panoramic view of Salta was worth it. Despite language barriers, the staff made an effort to assist us. The location near the bus terminal was convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice big bed. Every staff member was friendly and offered advice on tours and activities.

The hotel is located uphill but it provides a fantastic view of the mountains and the city center, which is only a short taxi ride away. Guests can enjoy meals at the hotel's restaurant and breakfast includes fresh fruits. Rooms are clean and the staff provides excellent service.

Some guests noted daily changes of towels and soap, which resulted in unnecessary waste.

During my Xmas stay, I really enjoyed the view from the hotel. It was stunning at night and definitely added a magical touch to my holiday experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit.

That the hotel is a bit of a distance from the town centre. It wasn't easy to get around without a car, but the hotel offers taxi services which were affordable.
