It has both helpful and thoughtful staff. The location is wonderful and fantastic, very near the underground.

The location is very central. It is set in a crowded area. A pleasant restaurant with great view is available.

I would return anytime, loved its location, no reason to complain. Iconic hotel, it offers marvellous breakfast and spotless rooms.

The hotel location was great and unbeatable to the Myeongdong shopping area. The breakfast offered a huge variety of yummy meals. The staff was courteous, polite, and responded promptly to requests.

The restaurant was good with great view, I tried healthy dishes. The staff was willing to help and provided local information. The location of the hotel was incredible and ideal - at a moderate distance from a main gate.

The staff was very attentive and incredibly attentive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was nice modern and well-appointed and had a view to the city hall. The breakfast was sumptuous and great, the check in was early.

Thanks all for a warm stay if on holidays. I was offered a sumptuous breakfast with a great view on Seoul Plaza. The staff were incredible and accommodating and the location was AMAZING to a convenience store. Moreover, it was near to the absolute center and Myeongdong which is a super cool place for real Korean shopping.

very very good breakfast, a wide array of food and beverages. speedy check-in, rather big rooms with club lounge access and a premiere suite 2 tv's, as example. housekeeping service and shoe shine are excellent here. late check out. location short walk to lotte and myeongdong and seoul for business and major tourist spots and also shopping.

The location is great, just in front of city hall. The staff were kind and friendly. The food there was excellent even though it was western style, I really enjoyed the meal there.

On Aug 15th, it was Korean independence day, there was a demo at the city hall and lots of people there. If that kind of things happen, it will be noisy.

The friendly and attentive staff who, in our case, went beyond their call of duty to help. After checking out of the hotel, I escorted my wife to Incheon on the KAL airport bus having bought our tickets at The Plaza. At Incheon, my wife (who was returning home on her own) realised she had left her mobile phone on the KAL bus. As I was returning to Seoul, I called in at The Plaza to report the loss. KAL were contacted imnmediately, and within minutes, I had been informed that the mobile phone had been found. Arrangements were made to return the phone to the hotel, for which I waited. I explained to the hotel staff that I had already bought a rail ticket for my return to Ulsan, upon which one of the hotel staff personally went to Seoul station to change it for a later train. On his return I paid the ticket cancellation fee which he had obviously paid out of his own pocket. About an hour later, the phone arrived at the Plaza, and was duly presented to me. I offered a reward for their efforts, but the staff would accept no money. I was totally impressed by the proactive and poitive attitude shown by the hotel staff that afternoon. Incredible service.
