The place was fantastic and fairly clean. Marvellous location in the center of Trier in a comfortable area. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Hygge nearby. Efficient check-in, parking on-site.

The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walk from Europahalle Conference Center. Moreover, it was next to the historic sights and numerous venues, and shopping centers.

Clean hotel with a modern design and good views, it has a handy location near to the restaurant. The staff were attentive and very friendly all the time.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was horrible.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a German archaelogical museum was perfect. We booked double room that was complete with pretty big space, kettle, for instance as advertised. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.

Location adjacent to Porta Negra and Markt which are the tourist hubs, the city centre / pedestrian zone, and the centre which has an abundance of bars.

It was a super base for a weekend trip, had real good time. The location was excellent, you can visit a performing arts theater by walking.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The rooms were fully-equipped and air-conditioned, had shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The setting was not good.

Handy marvellous location, close to the Center. Based very close to the pedestrian zone and the shopping streets, Penta with the family and the dog, and close to the city centre.

Appreciated our room that was do n't appear to have been refurbished in the same style and available with LCD TV and upholstered easy chair plus air conditioning. The personnel was really good and incredible as expected.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the center of town just a short walk away. This made it easy to explore the pedestrian street and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed with the range of amenities offered, from the well-equipped room to the lovely terrace and garden furniture. The hotel also offered a variety of services, including room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. It was clear that they prioritized the comfort and satisfaction of their guests.

Comfortable beds, very good buffet breakfast, especially coffee.

Everything, it was stunning; one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. A definite 10! The breakfast was truly magnificent. Excellent convenient location and easy parking (even under cover for our motorcycles). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Having said that, I think, for some reason, we got a very good rate deal, as I have since looked at a return visit and the rate is much more expensive.

The room was air conditioned, brand-new with really cool toiletries. The staff was really helpful, everything was nice.

The hotel was cheap, spent my time lovely here. The location was magnificent - 200 metres away from an arts theater. Plus, it was close to the common areas, Porta Negra, and the main shopping district.

Nothing it was perfect!
