I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting and was impressed with the conference space and meeting rooms. The 1076 square feet provided ample space for our group and the facilities were well-maintained and comfortable.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers and printers for last-minute preparations.

The hotel provided a quiet and comfortable double room. Breakfast was good and in a pleasant room. The hotel backs on to the pedestrian areas of the old town. The underground car park is convenient.

The hotel was difficult to find. A sign was in the early stages of being installed. It is very easy to miss the entrance as you drive past. Traffic can be quite brisk on the access road.

The parking garage, WiFi and breakfast (all optional) are not included in the price and are rather expensive. In the room, even the small bottle of water with the "Welcome" sign attached comes at a hefty 3 euro...

Our room at Achat Hotel was cozy and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a small sitting area. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and cereals, as well as an abundance of sausages and meat. The location of the hotel, just a short walk from the old market place, was superb.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The first room we were given had a window that couldn't even be opened.

Although the restuarant is only open for breakfast, the hotel is close to several excellent places for evening meals in the historic old marketplace.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a pedestrian area, short walk to wineries, charming old center and the centre of town. The staff was wonderful and fantastic, and requests were handled quickly. The location was marvellous and super, for example, Starkenburg was just a short stroll away from the property. The restaurant was located within 300 metres. The breakfast was good, really enjoyed its service.
