It was a great stay for biking vacation, enjoyed it.

We had a great value for our money at Mercure. The room was clean, and the location was perfect for the concert we attended. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Central to the main Strassa from the city centre. Ample free parking Clean and airy. Comfortable room good toilet facilities. I would be agreeable to going again in similar circumstances

Easy access from outside Mannheim, plenty of free parking available, town centre walking distance away, easy to reach Hockenheim GP track.

Swimming pool, though available, is small and not at all inviting.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Clean room conditions and fast check-in/check-out. Parking for private cars is huge enough and separated from main road.

Nothing in particular, except that you shall arrive before 21:00 if you intend to have dinner at the restaurant, otherwise you will end up with the coffee shop snacks menu.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the SAP Arena for a concert. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the quick assistance when we realized we had left something behind upon checkout.

The price to quality ratio did not match, considering that breakfast was excluded and Wifi was not included in the room rate.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and it provided excellent conference rooms with modern technology and natural daylight. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.
