In general, I really enjoyed my new-fashioned and reasonably large room on upper level. It was decorated in a nice style. The staff were nice and amicable and the location was excellent close to many stores. Ate at Spice Hut Indian Cuisine, it's at a walking distance from the venue.

I would recomand the place. The location was particularly good, at a medium distance from Save-on-Foods. This hotel was set in a shopping area. The room I booked was neat and well-maintained, complete with coffee and nice view plus full kitchen. Very amiable staff, couldn't ask for more.

Appreciated the place, had an awesome stay in middle of night. The location was stunning very close to highway access. Further, it was short walk to downtown Canmore, beautiful mountains and the Banff gondola.

Had a pleasant stay in middle of night, everything was fine. The location was convenient - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, the hotel was situated not too far away from The Avens Gallery.

Views appeared to be awful.

The location in a shopping area was exceptionally nice and stunning. Every staff member was very amiable and outstandingly accommodating. I greatly enjoyed that the room was a nice size and well-stocked in good condition.

It had central location close to Three Sisters Gallery.

I was very disappointed with the experience of booking through a rental agency. There was no one that I could speak to regarding the experience in advance, such as the location of the room.The big disappointment was that my room was a fixed site. I was located at the back of the property, not facing the mountains and looked out at the air conditioning unit - not a pretty picture when one has driven to Canmore for the scenery.

Beautiful central location close to tourist attractions as well as supermarkets and local restaurants.

Located very centrally in Canmore, kids loved the pool facilities, showers in hotel rooms were pretty luxurious

Room location - right above entrance to garage and constant noise of door opening and closing, no hairdryer in room (should be a basic) not sure would go back again as have been to other suites that liked more and this was fairly expensive

We had such a relaxing stay here in the middle of nature's tranquility and what made it even better was the friendly staff and the perfect location, not to mention the delightful restaurant with amazing food.

Very comfortable and very breathtaking view. Staff very nice and prompt when you ask for anything. Very, very nice hotel. I really liked it.

We were in a two bedroom suite. We stayed for 5 days, I was very disappointed that housekeeping came only once to clean, they did not clean anything but actually they only gave us new towels, picked up garbage and made only one bed, go figure! Please improve on housekeeping!!

Location

Check-in was confusing and frustrating (sent to four different check-in locations within the same complex locations and ended up at the second one I was sent to). Accommodation not available until well after 4 PM check-in time. Parking garage key card worked only intermittently thus requiring additional inconvenient visits to registration to pick up a working key card. Given wrong information about location of amenities at the complex.
