The hotel facilities were top-notch, with lots of pools to choose from and a beachfront location that offered stunning ocean views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The transportation services were convenient, with shuttles picking me up within 5 minutes and no tipping required. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and other areas of the resort. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a heavenly delight. The live entertainment was top-notch. The infinity pool on the sun terrace was just a dream. The garden area was a serene escape. The private facilities added to a truly luxurious experience.

The only minor issue I faced was with the restaurant. The packed lunches were not up to the mark.

Had a wonderful stay at a resort with breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean. Snorkeling along the rocks right at the resort was an amazing experience. The staff, especially Antonio and Celestine, provided excellent service with their smiles and attention to detail. The Guitar Festival in Zihuatanejo was a highlight and supported a good cause. I highly recommend this resort for its serene atmosphere and natural beauty.

The complementary yoga classes and cooking lessons were a great addition to our holiday. The hotel is situated on a beautiful cliff overlooking the beach and golf course. A shuttle and gondola made it easy to navigate the property.

We were disappointed by the noise level from surrounding construction and found the food to be mediocre.
