A nice modern spacious comfortable clean room with air conditioning and the shower in the adjoining wash room was excellent. The bar lounge and the restaurant were ideal and reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and the manager was especially helpful. We were reliant upon public transport to get around and we were most impressed when she arranged for a driver to take us to a national park one day F.O.C. The views from the hotel over the valley were wonderful especially during evening meals. Generally just a nice atmosphere about the place.

As we aren't very conversant with the Spanish language it would have been useful to us if the menu had English translation (something I believe they were planning to introduce) as not all the waiters could speak English.

Spent the New Year’s Eve in a stunning hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was great, close to a business park which made it easy to find, and also had a beautiful view of the local area. One of the best things about the hotel was the food; it was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hotel had a restaurant with a large menu, and the quality of the food was consistently good.

That there was no shuttle service to the airport as advertised on their website. We had to take a taxi, which cost us a bit more than we had anticipated. Also, the hotel seemed a little out of the way and it was hard to find a convenient public transportation to the city center. The noise in the corridor was a bit loud at times, but it was not a big deal. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
