We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel & Beach Club in Puerto Aventuras. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, from room changes to extra towels. The property was exceptionally clean and located in a perfect spot within the gated Puerto Aventuras area. We loved the convenience of having shops, restaurants, the marina, and dolphin sanctuary just minutes away. The pool was great for swimming and there were plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on the beach. The breakfast included in our rate was ample and the tropical fruit and scrambled eggs were delicious. The tranquil atmosphere made it a peaceful and safe place to relax. We also enjoyed trying out the local restaurants nearby, such as Nauti Burro and Paparazzi, which offered delicious food and a lively atmosphere. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely be returning.

rooms very well.. Hydro massage and amaca... padrisimo.. pools and bar, good.. seafront location of 10.. In the middle of tulum and p. del carmen. bed of 10. The attention in general. well, quiet and very safe... Options to eat something else CHEAPER. close by. beach was good, Really to rest. 10.

Ok... Very expensive everything!. The price of the accommodation, personally, very overrated. Although I liked the rooms very much, it's a little "old" hotel. . The restaurant is very nice, but very expensive. VERY EXPENSIVE. At the beginning the person who attended me was very indifferent, but then very kind. The rich breakfast, but if you go like us only 3 or 4 days ... Maybe egg every day would not bother you. . I fell very badly the breakfast to the stomach... If you go more than 4 days, forget about breakfast... Put on a buffet, don't be miserable. . Five stars?. Nah... Overall it was a pleasant stay... We enjoyed ourselves too much. Although the hotel is crying out for a renovation, it is a good option if you find it on SALE, like us. Good luck!

I had a fantastic time at Puerto Aventuras Hotel & Beach Club. The location was perfect, situated between Xel-Ha and Xcaret, making it convenient to visit both places. The marina nearby offered great restaurant choices with live music every night, and we even got to watch dolphins in the lagoon. The hotel itself had amazing pools and a jacuzzi bar with stunning ocean views. I loved that our room had a jacuzzi tub on the balcony, allowing us to relax while enjoying the nearby live music. The small beach area was also very convenient for some sun and sand. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

We ate at a good restaurant with a view. The location was excellent, and we could reach Dolphin Discovery by walking.

The staff were exceptional and accommodating, keeping the property exceptionally clean. The location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The pool was not crowded and had ample sunbeds. We enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and live music at Nauti Burro, as well as the delicious Italian food at Paparazzi. Sabor de mi Tierra offered great local food at a good price.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Various swimming pools. Very well kept instalations, extremely clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast of good quality, however not buffet. Restaurant with a very good quality and variety of options. Delicious mexican dishes. Could be a little noisy in rooms facing the village. Excellent relation price/quality. Would be happy to return.
