Cleanliness and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay at this peaceful all-inclusive hotel. The French animators run a varied entertainment programme, which is always fun. We enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to both Palma and the nearest beach, which are only a short bus ride away.

Some of the food wasn't to our taste, but we were able to find a variety of other dishes to suit us. The hotel location is quite remote, so there isn't a lot going on outside the grounds.

Food wasn't 4 star at all. All inclusive didn't cater for kids especially babies. Same food everyday with slight variation. Breakfast was nice but we are out most nights lunch terrible too. We stayed in family room which was lovely however it was directly above the bar and the music was really loud and my one yr old couldn't get to sleep went on till eleven

The dinner schedule ends too soon, for the Spaniards it is impossible to take advantage of the children's mini disco

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had a lot of facilities including daily activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good selection of food for everyone, including some traditional Spanish dishes. We also enjoyed the beautiful residential location surrounded by a pine forest.

the worst thing about this hotel was the fact that they do not enforce their rule of not allowing to be able to reserve sunbeds by putting towels on them early in the morning! i had an argument with another holiday-maker on my last day about towels on the sunbed, i complained to hotel staff & they did nothing about it & did not want to get involved. i think that any towels that are placed on sunbeds to reserve them should be removed by staff!! the music that was played at the poolside bar was the same, over & over again, it should be changed more often!

The hotel was good value with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were well serviced each day and the food was excellent. Facilities around the pool were great with good activities each day. We were a family of six and all especially the children greatly enjoyed the all inclusive package. The public areas of the hotel were bright and clean. Good value for money for a family holiday.

The hotel location is convenient for those who want to be close to the airport, as it takes around 15 minutes in a taxi to get there. guests can easily visit a nice park if they keep right. The service is friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard, with enough plugs for charging devices. The breakfast room provides a great view and a good selection of food, including fresh cooked and seafood options. The hotel also offers two large pools, aquagym, ping pong, and a kids splash pool with many slides.

It can be hard to hear the evening entertainment, which may be a downside for those who enjoy the shows.

The helpfulness of all the staff, the quality and variation of the food and drink

The location of the hotel was a bit away from the action in a rather small township where the majority of properties have not been sold due to the recession. It was only a 15 minute bus ride to the beach €2.10 return, but the service finished at about 8.30pm. As it was all-inclusive there was no need to go out you could have as much food and drink as you wanted, so if you like lazy days around the pool you'll love it

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a separate lounge area. We loved the walk-in shower with plenty of hot water, and the room was kept immaculately clean. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area, which provided a peaceful atmosphere for our stay. The beach access was a definite highlight, and we enjoyed spending time by the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. The on-site amenities were also great, with a restaurant, bar, and snack bar offering delicious food and drinks throughout the day. We also appreciated the additional services such as car hire and bicycle hire, which made exploring the area even easier. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that truly made our stay luxurious.

Globales Maioris is my go-to place in Maioris Decima. It has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar, a restaurant, and a fitness studio. The staff helped me find a car service. It's perfect for me with an outdoor pool, sauna, laundry, and a game room. I keep coming back.

Amazing Beaches: The beaches in Mallorca were like little slices of paradise, with crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft golden sand. I felt like I was walking on a postcard!

Long reception queues.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in a great location near Magaluf. The hotel had a lovely modern room with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast options were delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel had a small shop onsite which was convenient. I also loved the baby slide in one of the swimming pools, perfect for families with young children. it was a wonderful experience.

That the evening entertainment was sometimes difficult to hear due to mumbling into the microphone.

The pools, especially the splash pool, were perfect for the kids. I also appreciated the convenience of free WiFi in the rooms.
