You guys made our stay fairly nice. Convenient and clean hotel, greatly enjoyed it. The location in a shopping area was magnificent and unbeatable and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. Even the Dusseldorf airport was not so far, 13 minutes drive away. The atmosphere created was warm.

Got big size and cheap room with out air conditioner when arrived, enjoyed that.

Truly enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, my bed was spacious. There were a flat screen TV, a dining area, and a sitting area provided. The staff were excellent and thoughtful and made me feel comfortable.

Perfect and nice location, a short way from everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Konditorei Metropol nearby.

The staff are extremely friendly, the hotel is ideal and with unbeatable location close to the old town, Königsallee, Japanese district and central station, Düsseldorf airport and central station.

Fairly clean hotel, POLITE staff & great location competent in answearing questions on next bus stop. Location next to central station, Düsseldorf airport, and konigsallee shopping center. Plus, quite close to Ufa-Palast Dusseldorf.

They offered cheap and neat rooms with Air-condition and comfortable bed.

Greatly enjoyed the hotel, it is recently refurbished and clean, has absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location to Landmarks. The stuff was polite, very friendly.

The hotel was recently renovated and straightforward, and the staff were particularly helpful, really enjoyed the marvellous location just next door to Königsallee, and main attractions. The rooms themselves were big size and cheap with out air conditioner. The design was modern.

The room was tidy and cheap with comfortable bed, we stayed in all day.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and helpful, giving good advice about the city. The location is ideal, being within walking distance to the main Christmas markets and very close to the main train station.

All was fine and there was nothing that needed improvement.

The only thig I can say is that it was in the centre of town.

Because an event was on at the Messe, charging over 3 times the standard rate. Given a smoking room in lieu of a non smoker. Bathroom not refurbished for at least 20 years, very poor quality. Noisy room both from outside and inside the Hotel. Even though I had booked thru Booking. com, management had trouble finding the booking.
