Everything was excellent, consistently courteous staff, beautiful location not far from also Rotterdam centrum, Hoek van Holland beach and the tram to Rotterdam which takes around 30 minutes. Tidy and brilliant rooms with 3 beds, and nice pool.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, neat room with a private safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar. Particularly good location just a pleasant stroll away from Magnalia Dei kerk.

The room they gave us was contemporary and neat with coffee making facilities and a bath plus a very good bed. Had an electric kettle and fridges at our disposal.

We met amicable and efficient employees.

The outstanding food was a good touch. The location was particularly good, in immediate neighbourhood except McDonalds, in the nice enough area.

I really enjoyed staying in this fantastic and perfect place. Location: the hotel was right by the motorways, the windmills of Kinderdijk and Zaanse-Schans, and trams and future metro. Besides, Magnalia Dei kerk was 2 km away from the property. The service was welcoming with parking onsite.

Had an excellent stay here. It was a special and clean hotel. The onsite bar was good and the staff were amiable and efficient.

We thoroughly enjoyed being there and would love to go back. Reasonably spacious units with a very good bed, coffee, as example, and the staff were really friendly.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The reception staff at Novotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady we dealt with took the time to explain which rooms were available and even offered to arrange an additional bed for us. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and coffee making facilities. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready when we arrived early in the morning, allowing us to rest immediately. The hotel's location was quiet and easily accessible from the highway. We also appreciated the free parking and ample space to relax. it was excellent value for money and the wifi worked well.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram line service to Schiedam central and Rotterdam. The room was comfortable with a powerful shower. The staff at the gym and the kids' areas were friendly and accommodating.

The receptionists failed to update my payment information and caused an authorization hold on my debit card.

Beautiful garden with pool and terrace, fitness center, free parking, good facilities in the room, with safe, coffee maker, fridge, table and cupboards. WiFi is good.

We had a great stay at Novotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring Schiedam and Rotterdam. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend this hotel to others. a pleasant experience.
