The indoor wellness area is a pleasant oasis of relaxation and the stuffs are very helpful. Bathroom can be better.

The laundry service could have been more user friendly / cheaper, computer is limited to use about 20 minite.

The taxi was bout 45 euros from the big airport and the hotel was very nice and the rooms were modern. The staff were very good and the restaurant has a bar and the seating was comfortable.

Overall decent place to stay and friendly staff. Rooms clean and well equipped, excellent breakfast, genuine German hospitality. Nice spa in caves.

All in all a really great overnight stay, clean and good service, all the facilities available inside the room. The staff spoke excellent English and the bar drinks prices were reasonable, the food was nice and there was a decent selection for breakfast.
