We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, a coffee machine, minibar, chair, desk, and a nice bathroom. The modern design gave a classy feel. The location is very central, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was served early, which was perfect for us as business travelers. Despite a few minor drawbacks like outside noise and a lack of sympathetic staff, overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

The room looked nice and was very clean but the bed was very small. Please look at the bedsize when reserving a room here!

Guests have praised the friendly staff and smooth check-in/out process. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including freshly made eggs. Guests have also appreciated the comfortable rooms and the welcoming gesture of providing a stuffed animal to a child.

Some guests have mentioned that the air conditioning in the rooms was not efficient in cooling, leading to uncomfortable temperatures. Opening the windows for fresh air, however, resulted in the disturbance of city noises.

Good location and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

2 things - the main point being no iron in the room. There was a "ironing room" on another floor but to be honest it was an inconvenience to have to traipse up 2 floors with an arm full of clothes to iron and then get back down without creasing. The other - would like to have had a spare pillow in the room (cupboard), rather than get ready for bed and then find out you have to ask reception for one! At that time of night could not be bothered.

The hotel was reasonably large with a great location really close to the tournament, the Zoo and the main bar and restaurant areas, and the train station and Ettlinger Tor.

Beds were too soft.

The standard room was spacious and super clean. The steam room and sauna were very welcome after a long road-trip. The gym was well stocked for a good workout. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Great location next to the congress hall.

The vibe here was sophisticated. Had excellent experience, the room I stayed in was extremely spacious and silent with high quality linen and the very undersized television, for instance.

Conveniently located near metro station with easy access to city center. Recently renovated rooms are tastefully done. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect for city travel.
