Perfect location, good beds, large room on 3rd flood with view on old city and see, happy to have airco and fridge.

Everything was in this hotel perfect, location, acomodity, comfort,personel and the low price of course.

They didnt accept the credit card, because of the conection problem with the bank they had..! and had to withdraw and pay in cash ( my bank will of course charge me a provision for withdrawing cash and exchanging euro to manat..!). The nearby bancomat dosent accept the maestro card..!

We stayed at a hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, as it had a quiet street and was close to the metro station. The view from the 5th floor cafeteria was incredible at sunrise. We enjoyed having mineral water bottles "à volonté" and the quiet street. it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The soundproofing could be improved between rooms and the corridor/stairs.

It had very friendly staff and they could speak English very well. Wi-Fi was available and even they had a computer for guests.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful with every aspect of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is very reasonably priced for the old city of Baku, comfortable (though there is no elevator), and in a great location.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the quiet street, which ensured a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provided unlimited mineral water bottles, which was a great perk. The location was ideal, offering a stunning view of the city at sunrise from the cafeteria on the 5th floor. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We were impressed overall with the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Terrific small hotel in good location (very quiet at night as no cars in old city) excellent value, 9 rooms, but all 24 hours they have 2 helpful people at reception who respond to everything with enthusiasm, eg checking my fan, helping me being ripped off on a taxi to a wedding, and finding the taxi. Rooms have decent space, and well equipped for hotel in this bracket, and always ensure available mineral water. Best thing about breakfast is the view, as top floor, the views are pretty fabulous. Wifi signal is strong as separate signal installed on each floor, and they gladly gave me codes for each of my gadgets.

All the 6 receptionists are nice and well trained; the restaurant's shef is excellent; other working stuffs are also friendly. It's computer is free for guests and working very fine.

1. Shower top doesn't work and need to change or repair immediately. (maintainance is not good) 2. The day we left for the airport, the hotel-arranged taxi did not come in time although we had requested it at 1:30. The reason was trafic jam, a receptionist said; however, it should be there in time especially guests were heading to the airport. We worried a lot and thought we should have selected a tax on our own outside the City Wall.

Mineral water bottles "à volonté", which means unlimited supply, was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, with easy accessibility to the old town, even though it could be a bit confusing for taxis to find.- The staff was very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

The soundproofing in the hotel was extremely poor, making it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet stay. Noisy guests in the corridor and on the stairs made it hard to relax.

We had great view of caspian sea from our balcony .

Smoking was not prohibited in restaurant .

Had a great time during Christmas break. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. Loved the unlimited supply of mineral water bottles and the beautiful quiet street. The view from the 5th floor cafeteria was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. Its location was super convenient, with easy access to the rampart gate and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing between rooms and the corridors/stairs. It was also quite challenging for travelers with suitcases or anyone with mobility issues due to the lack of an elevator.

This Hotel promised to keep me a room and then sent me to another hotel!! walking 15 minutes at 300 am, pitty
