We had a wonderful stay at Nh Mexico City Valle Dorado, where everything a traveler needs was right at our fingertips. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the mornings and evenings were a nice touch, and the always available coffee kept us fueled for our adventures. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly, ensuring that we felt welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's connection to a small shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. We would definitely choose to stay here again. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was pleasant and the bed was good. Standard double room included climate control, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities. Loved dining at Zhong Guo, set within 15 minutes' walk.

Stayed at a hotel during Christmas break. Loved how the hotel was decorated during the festive season, creating a perfect holiday atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. Another advantage was the hotel's proximity to local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.

The elevators were often slow and sometimes out of order, which made it frustrating when we were in a hurry. the front desk staff was not always accommodating, and there was a lack of communication between different staff members in terms of room requests and preferences.
