The weather was warm, had very positive stay during business trip. The setting was lovely, next to the local train station and a taxi.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the airport and I was impressed by the convenient location and great service. The shuttle from the airport was easy and the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They went out of their way to provide assistance and even made me a cup of coffee at an odd hour. The amenities were also wonderful, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I also appreciated the option to hire a car or use the laundry service. With its prime location, comfortable amenities, and helpful staff, this venue made for a pleasant stay.

The staff should receive further training on customer service. However, I still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Very nice staff at the reception. Air conditioning unfortunately a bit warm although it was set to the coldest level. Otherwise very good especially in terms of price / performance.

Friendliness of the staff

The hotel is conveniently located next to downtown, making it easy to access. It's just a short, pleasant stroll away from S Raunheim, making it a convenient choice for visiting that area. The breakfast is available at an affordable price of EUR 20 per person per day.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was modern and clean. The pool area is nice. The breakfast buffet was adequate. We also participated in the evening buffet, did not find the value for money adequate. For my daughter I paid 10 € for dinner. But as well as the children at the next table, she only ate baguette with butter.

The price of the dinner for the children is not appropriate.
