the location was great.The one good thing was the hotel location.

the room was not clean. their were pretzels under the bed, hair all over the bathroom floor. The room had a very old look to it . The name of the hotel was also misleading as it is Called the New Concord Inn. The rooms and style of the hotel date back to the 70's or 80's. The electric outlets are old as every time I tried to charge my camera or phone i had to spread the plugs out to fit the outlet. The pillows were like rocks as well as the bed was very uncomfortable.

Shows age. Missing knobs on lamps, burned outbulbs, poor physical upkeep of overall building.

The location, the pool and price.

The pillows were very small and flat. The rooms smelled musty. No shampoo or lotion provided and the bar soap was the size of a quarter. The soap dispenser in shower didn't work neither did the heating lamp in the bathroom. The bathroom needed to be painted,caulked and updated. The noise level was really bad. We could hear people talking and walking above us. Finally, the pump on the kids area of the pool was out of order.

It was easy to find, the price was right and it was a decent hotel for a lower price than I could find anywhere else.

The hotel is showing age. There were items left in the dresser drawers from the last guests.

This is our 2nd trip to New Concord Inn and we will never stay anywhere else at the Dells. The pool area is awesome! The staff never got tired of me asking many, many questions. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful and the free water park passes made our trip very afordable!

The Location and how easy it was to check in and check out.

Our room smelled like mold and old kitty litter. The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable.

The young man that checked me in was very accomodating. He did whatever he could to make things right for me.

This place needs some tlc! The carpeting in the halls and our room was filthy. We did not have an ice bucket or coffee maker in our room. The towel bar was ripped off the wall by the sink. The outside door's "security lock" was not working you did not need your key to get in. The overall maintenance of our room was less than average. For the price we paid I really expected more cleanliness and comfort. For years I have been coming to the Dells and always admired the Concord from the outside. This time I thought I would give it a try.....I Was very disappointed!

The location.

Not impressed with most things. The place was not cleaned or vacuumed, and things were broken and not fixed. The desk was not available in the evening. Will not return.

It was close to the "strip" at the Wisconsin Dells. The inside pool was very nice and my grandson really enjoyed the inside kiddie pool. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The beds were very comfortable.

The carpet was dirty. We found old food in our room in a couple of places that the staff missed. I hated the sink in the bedroom. I was turned off as soon as I saw it. Sinks belong in the bathroom. There was no drawer space for clothes and no hangers in the closet. The outside pool was full of leaves and bugs, totally filthy and unusable.

Other than that the kids had a great time and it included chula vista waterpark passes which was awesome!

Our first room (room 108) smelled musty so they had us switch rooms (to room 231). This rooms air conditioner buttons were shoved down under the metal plate. In order to change the temperature we had to stick a pen down (plus it looked as if it was about to fall off the wall). Soon as we got into the new room we plugged the fridge in. We then went and bought some groceries for breakfast/snacks the next day-milk, bagels, cereal, cheese and bread. The next morning we poured some milk into our cups and it was all curdled! Gross. Oh and the big play ship in the indoor pool area broke that night, while the kids were playing on it and it had to be shut down. When I checked out I asked for a discount on the room, because of all of the problems we had. He said that he couldn't do anything for me and that I could e-mail/call a manager and/or do a review. Only problem is that I can't find an e-mail address :/ At least I did the review, though.

The atmesphere was great and the room very clean when house keeping cleaned it daily.

The doors was not secur e lock and the room h ad a smell and for the price and you call it a 2 star hotel I seen better.

My son had a very good time in the pool although his lips were blue the entire time he was in it.

It was not worth the 90 dollars I spent on the room. The pool was freezing. And the duct tape in the bathroom was a very nice touch.
