  The location was great and the hotel staff were very helpful. I complained and the front desk employee was very kind, our room was comfortable and clean, coffee was good. The inside pool was very nice.

  The pillows were very small, manager refuses to listen to concerns and was very rude.

  The pool area is awesome and great value you figure in the complimentary water park passes. The hotel is very clean, for the price, my family couldn't be more pleased and all famous attractions of Wisconsin Dells are within walking distance. The person at the front desk is very friendly and the rooms didnt look nice.

  Location near the attractions, very Nice Indoor Water Park and the outdoor pool is in a quiet spot away from the road. This hotel continued to get better as our stay went on, the front desk is friendly and helpful.

  The location was wonderful and the free water park passes made our trip very afordable, the hotel worked out great. Staff were very friendly, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean and plentiful. The pool was awesome.

  Good location and a clean facility, great value, i liked the price. Friendly staff extended pool hours and convenient rooms. Tea all day long.

  Poor physical upkeep of overall building, some of the lamps weren't plugged in and the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. Towels were constantly used.

  Good location, great family hotel and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Hot tub were very nice and sheets and pillows looked and smelled clean. The outdoor pool was suppose to be heated.

  Excellent location, nice place and plus, the price was great for the Dells. The staff were very helpful to us, beds and shower was good.

  The hallways and lobby floors were not clean, pillows were uncomfortable. The pool was freezing.

  The indoor pool area is ideal for younger kids and this hotel is great value for money. Service is very nice and helpful, shower just spit out water.

  The pool areas were very clean and this hotel worked great for my family. The staff were excellent, the employees were very friendly and helpful, the room been shut up all day was HOT.

  Very nice hotel and friendly Staff. Very good selection of tv channels and fridge n micro worked great as well.
