We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was modern. They gave us a queen room with an air conditioner and access straight out to the snow, as for instance. The hotel was set in a central area near to the Gondola park, Right beside gondola, and several dining options. Furthermore, we could get to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.
Their staff were very rude.

Have to say I loved good breakfast. Extremely friendly and excellent staff as one would expect. It boasts favourable, amazing location short walk to the suggested restaurants and a mountain.
There is hair in some places.

Everything was modern, the parking was onsite, the room was good modern. We loved rooms with balcony. The hotel was placed in the central location in areas in need of renovation for example.
The hotel staff was poorly trained.

Reasonably large and compact rooms for your equipment! Magnificent and awesome location, right on the mountain. Just off the restaurant has amazing views, Right next to the gondola and the gift shop.

I ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. The setting was quite great and incredible within easy reach of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. There were gift stores and a convenience store around the hotel

Every time we stay in Golden, like to stay here. It's nicely decorated and ideal hotel, everything was modern. The location is amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly and excellent. Besides, you can walk to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.
