Great experience there. Nice hotel and the location near the centro was stunning. Brand-new, amazingly comfortable rooms, good bed, courteous staff. Lots of facilities like: climate control, a safe and multi-channel TV. Location so close to a waterfall and lovely vegetation and so much nature and the forest. Nice pool, parking on site. Free Wi-Fi provided in the venue.

The location was beautiful, close enough to infront of the bar as well as the forest. It also was next to the restaurant.

We loved the hotel's location next to the gorgeous waterfall in the forest, it provided a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel restaurant with a peaceful view of the waterfall. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful during our stay.

The hotel location is stunning with a beautiful river right in front of it that follows the waterfall. It's also very close to the centro. The rooms are comfortable, modern and luxurious. The staff provides excellent service and breakfast is top notch. The spa facilities are great, especially the salt bath jacuzzi that overlooks the waterfall.

The communication between the staff was poorly coordinated which made it difficult to navigate around the hotel at times.
