Gorgeous trendy boutique property with outstandingly friendly and amiable staff from the door man to the manager. Fab food in the restaurant for breakfast with good view.

The hotel had a very central location and it was so close to Ton Duc Thang Museum. I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for the breakfast. Met enthusiastic staff from the door man to the manager.

Exceptionally good breakfasts with a lovely view and pork meat, as for instance. Great and lovely spot near to the tourist spots, Opera house, museum, Ben Thanh market, the attractions and Japanese street, and night market.

Had fun experience, overall nicely designed place.

Very good service, although a few employees were not so helpful. Very good sized and nicely furnished unit on level 10, we appreciated it. The location was peaceful, very close to Ao Show.

The room was brand-new & great-sized together with basic toiletries provided, nice clean modern bathroom good choice plus bottled water. The location of the hotel was central, near independence Palace and city center/District 1 attraction.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a very very good stay. I loved the room especially on the high floors with a nice view, the bed was comfortable. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, just off nearby restaurants and bars, the attractions and Japanese street, and the restaurant at around 8 o'clock and walking distance to a museum and a cathedral.

I liked being there, the place is lovely small and nicely designed.

All of the stuff members where very friendly and well-trained. Location: the hotel was just off all major attractions, street food areas and the river and Hard rock/ market and the center of town.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore in HCMC. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape and a great spot to watch the sunset. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to attractions in district one. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel transport to the airport was affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel with excellent breakfast and a favourable location in district 1 that very convenient to go around Saigon. Exceptionally comfortable bed in a double room with climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television.

Had nicely furnished room with comfy beds, and I couldn't ask for more. Its location next to restaurants and bars was quiet and comfortable. The property was set in a shopping area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and the location was close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet part of the city. The rooms were very clean, and we even had an interconnecting room for the kids. The rooftop pool was small but great for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing, and it offered a great view. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed having drinks at the restaurant next door. The hotel's staff was a treasure - friendly, helpful, and reliable - from the reception to the restaurant and concierge.

Reasonably spacious and soundproof rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Pleasant view to the river. Favourable location just off the Markets, Restaurants, shopping malls ect and all the restaurants and opera house, sky deck, river and local shopping mall. The pool area is good too.
