This hotel apartment offers spacious rooms and a clean environment at a reasonable price. Its location is convenient with many restaurants and stores nearby, as well as a mall for shopping within walking distance. the high-level suites provide stunning views of the area.
The hotel staff struggles with English communication and the hotel is quite far from the nearest MTR station, requiring a half-hour walk or an electric bike ride. Taxis can be difficult to find near the hotel, causing inconvenience for transportation.

Shenzhen is worth city trip, Lianhua North subway station is 10 minutes walk for better exploring. Free parking was provided to the guests. You can also visit Muwu Shaokao that offers excellent meals. We greatly enjoyed staying at metro grand.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with plenty of food "shops" in the surrounding area, making it easy to find a meal. there is a nice mall nearby, within 10 minutes walking distance, perfect for some shopping. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, soft pillows, and clean linen. The bathrooms are nice, featuring cozy bath tubs and showers. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as a kitchen, kettle, showers, and TVs.
Communication with the hotel staff can be difficult, as they have limited English proficiency.

Spacious rooms and well-equipped amenities are the best aspects of this hotel. The location is great, as it is close to many shops and restaurants. During Christmas, the hotel had a nice Christmas tree in the lobby, which added to the festive ambiance.
The staff was not very helpful and often seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The elevators were extremely slow and often crowded.
