I chose the Krefelder Hof because it was conveniently located near the landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the additional amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi and the traditional La Brasserie restaurant.

Regrettably, I realized after leaving the hotel that a significant amount of cash had been stolen from my travel wallet. Despite it being hidden inside my suitcase, under my clothes, it was clearly targeted and deliberately removed by the cleaning staff.

Managing staff was helpfull, good beds. They served packed breakfast.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super elegant and safe, with a beautiful property and a large lawn. The breakfast buffet had tonnes of different foods to choose from and everything was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to stay in such a welcoming environment. The hotel's close proximity to a bank and grocery store was very convenient. The suite had an awesome mini fridge and the view was jaw-dropping. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For a four star hotel our stay was a disaster.Outside temperature on 28. and 29. of June in Krefeld was 38.5 Cels. And there where no air condition in the room and it was impossible to get any sleep as the room where to hot. When complaining about this I was told at the reception that not all rooms had air condition, the hotel was fully booked and a change of rooms was therefore not possible. The guests should be made aware prior to check in of such shortfall. I have been in many hotels of several grades but this was the first four star hotel without air condition.

The room with the shower near the elevator was perfect for me as a business traveler. It was convenient and saved me time when going to and from my meetings.

Personally, I found the seating area in some rooms a bit unnecessary. But hey, some people might enjoy it!

It was the most silent hotel I ever stayed.

I booked a smokers room but didnt expect that it would smell so heavy inside the room. I would recommend the hotel to benefit from odor removal products like febreeze or something.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful park surrounding the hotel. The parking facilities were good, and I appreciated having a spot close to the entrance. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view. a great stay.

Bed was nice and cosy. Staff was friendly and spoke English. When there was a problem with the toilet in the first room, they immediately offered another room. Like that they have rooms where smoking is allowed. Room was quite "soundproof". Spacious singleroom. Plenty of hot water in shower.

Like flying Ryan Air. You get what u pay for - everything extra is paid for and expensive! Breakfast at 17 Euro!? Internet for 3 Euro/hr.!? A hotel like that should have free wi-fi. Only 2 englishspeaking tv-channels (BBC News + CNN). Not really a 4 star international hotel. Drain in bathroom was blocked.

Excellent staff, friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and well-serviced rooms. Plentiful and varied breakfast. Attentive and knowledgeable restaurant staff. Reasonable price for great service. Very clean hotel. Luxury at a budget price. Great location for exploring Krefeld.

Great size rooms with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. Location was perfect for exploring the nearby city. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's pool area was a disappointment. The pool was small and not very clean, and the sauna was not working properly.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints

We ordered king-size bed and superior room. The the room and bed were very small. When calling the receptionist we were told this was German style king-size. The swimming pool had a very bad smell. It smelled like a suer and was not very clean. I decide not to go swimming there.

We came for a family wedding in Krefeld and only stayed for one night, without breakfast, as we left early and had a heavy meal the night before. We were very satisfied with what we got in this short time, but find your rates rather high compared with other bigger towns I.E. Dusseldorf.
