the staff at mercure went above and beyond to help me find my lost passport and documents. their honesty and carefulness impressed me greatly. the room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the shuttle service was very helpful. i also loved the convenient location near the u-bahn stations.

The rooms at the back side of the hotel are clean, bright, and modern. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to motorways.

The service provided by the staff was exemplary, they were always helpful and offered great advice. The basic amenities in the room were just what we needed, and the addition of an espresso machine was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the minibar, which were a nice treat. Lastly, the breakfast included with our stay was tasty and set us up for the day.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a big room having a coffee machine and a well-stocked fridge with free drinks. The parking options were safe with a garage and front-of-hotel parking. The location is superb, close to the center of this city, with easy access to transportation.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the prices were incredibly reasonable for what you get. I couldn't believe how much value for money I received. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The room had everything I could possibly need, including an espresso machine and a minibar stocked with four complimentary drinks. The amenities provided were also of high quality. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. It was included in the price and offered a great selection of food to start the day off right.

Spent Christmas at this cozy hotel and loved it! The breakfast spread was diverse and mouth-watering. the hotel had an excellent location, conveniently located near the motorway and offered ample on-site parking. the staff was hospitable and ever-ready to help.

The rooms could have been soundproofed better as we could hear other guests talking outside. the lack of air conditioning made it a little stuffy since we stayed here in August.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There were good amenities offered in the room. The hotel was located near the highway which was helpful. the on-site parking was a plus.

The air conditioning was nonexistent making it impossible to sleep comfortably due to the hot weather. the elevator was very loud and could be heard from inside the room which was quite annoying.
