magnificent and incredible location, it was not far from a railroad station. it was across the nice quiet area.

Upscale place for a visit to Erfurt, it has UNBEATABLE location to shopping areas and impeccable services.

The location is mind-blowing, within a jaw-dropping distance to all the must-see spots. The views of the STUNNING churches are simply breathtaking. The hotel offers convenient amenities like wi-fi, bar/lounge area, restaurant, and a lift. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The availability of a refrigerator and an electric kettle in the room is very convenient. The option to have a paid breakfast is well worth it. The umbrellas provided are an added bonus for unexpected rain showers. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, and they even welcome pets. Plus, there's a strict no smoking policy on-site.

We had a great stay here in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, right in the center of old town and within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice bathrooms with good showers. The hotel also offered room service, which was a nice bonus. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This hotel is highly recommended for families as well.

The room is lovely, the house is well maintained, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the hotel bar is very welcoming. The location is perfect, practically in the center of everything.

The toilet in the bathroom is too narrow, and the breakfast buffet for 17 euros is quite expensive: 1.5 rolls and 2 cups of coffee + some raw food. Of course, there are people who fully enjoy this, but not me.

Very good situation, everything very clean, sanitary equipment super. Breakfast very good, very friendly staff. We'd come back anytime.

I wanted to visit Erfurt Cathedral, and Mercure Hotel offered a convenient location for that. But I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's efforts to assist me. The great restaurant around the corner, Zum Rebstock, had a terrific staff and I enjoyed a lovely meal there.

Very old carpet and furniture. The fridge was full of things from the previous guest.

We booked standard rooms but did not realise that these faced a small but very noisy road and had no air conditioning. The rooms themselves were great - but next time we will book the slightly more expensive rooms facing the back of the hotel.

Very very good and marvelous breakfast at much lower prices, with good food. Spotless and silent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge:)))

Fantastic location, traditional restaurant with delicious Thuringian food, and free spa facilities to relax after a long day of exploring. The choices of food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were sufficient and reasonably priced.

Who needs air conditioning in a hotel, right? And the noise from people smoking outside and the early morning wake-up calls from housekeeping were just delightful!
