Recently refurbished room and clean bathroom with a hairdryer, a shower cap, and fresh towels.

The location was easy to Xmas markets. Ate at Bodrum Grill, it's at a moderate distance from the venue. We stayed in standard double room with a great shower.

Staff is polite and pleasant and you can park your car outside. The location is great and perfect, 15 minutes' walk to thermal baths. It is 15 mins by foot from the bus station.

Everything was nice, the hotel is fantastic and clean with great services. Their food was good with a wide array of meals.

Breakfast costing 16 euro is ridiculous. I understand that a lot of hotels are charging this, but this is too much. By comparison around the corner a full warm meal buffet is only 14 euro.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is well located just off a large roundabout, making it easily accessible from the motorway. The basic amenities and rooms were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the double bed with its great view of the garden. The shower in my room was excellent, and I found the breakfast to be delicious, especially the coffee which was made from a good coffee machine.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to improve.

Very clean and comfortable. Superb location, quiet and plenty of parking. The pool area looked good and I would enjoy coming back to use this in the summer.

Comfortable and spacious room. Pleasant staff. Excellent bus service into the centre of the city of Aachen. Take the guided tour of the cathedral - it's really fascinating. The mosaics and stained glass windows are glorious. The centre of Aachen is lovely and full of good restaurants.

The area around the hotel is a bit seedy and when we arrived there was broken glass in the carpark where a car had evidently been broken into - this made us rather nervous. When we were leaving we were charged again for breakfast (which was supposed to have been included in the rate I paid). I will be reclaiming my money from the hotel. I think this was a genuine mistake.
