Wonderful and clean hotel; the rooms are beautifully designed. It has great location for visiting a contemporary shopping center.

It was surely a pleasant overnight stay during this visit. The location was peaceful for my stay, 200 metres from Congress Hall. Besides, I where minutes from restaurants and bars.

The staff was not trained.

It was recently refurbished, reasonably large and in a minimalist style. The location was quiet, at a walking distance from Sankt-Johanner-Markt. Besides, it was near to a local cafe, the train station, mall and the havana club and the Saar river.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right next to the main shopping area and just a short walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well sound-proofed, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. It was also great to have amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar in the room. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly luxurious.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Clean & close to station

Location.

One of two TV sets and wash basin in the suite out of order in four stars hotel!! Internet paid via credit card did not work and visit at the reception for login and password was neccesary. Main dishes in the restaurant wrong cooked and tea served in unwashed glass. Breakfast seems to be overpaid.

the staff were all nice, amiable. it was in a marvellous location with a contemporary shopping center nearby.

Facilities were great, but internet connection was weak.

Property was modern and great value, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

It was a contemporary building, the room was well laid out and well-appointed in a minimalist style. The location was convenient, for example, Saarland Museum was at a medium distance from the hotel. You could walk to a shopping mall and a large shopping mall. It was a pedestrian area close to a local bus stop.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and close to the city center. The cleanliness was impressive, and I found the hotel facilities to be top-notch. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay all the more pleasant.

Like in almost every hotel of every brand, setting the personal ideal temperature in the room is difficult, mostly too hot for me...

We had a comfortable stay at Mercure. The renovated rooms were nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Although there were a few minor issues mentioned in the reviews, our experience was overall enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the city and the staff were helpful. We would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Very close to Congresshalle and shopping area

The female hostess at the desk, wish I remembered her name. Very graceful, cordial and helpful.

The price of breakfast that we did not have.

Cosy room, minimalist decor, good location near train station and shopping street, nice river views, effective air conditioning.
