Had a great time during my vacation! The room was neat and tidy, with a killer view of the ocean and an island in the distance. Loved being up on a hill where I could take in all the beauty. Plus, there was a cool outdoor restaurant nearby to grab a bite to eat 🌴.

Had a really comfortable stay on vacation. The hotel was in a central setting near the pier. Moreover, it's close to the mini golf course. On site outdoor restaurant for breakfast.

The check-in staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing the best customer service we've experienced in Mexico. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach and offers plenty of activities for children. We highly recommend dining at the oyster bar, where the food and service were amazing.

Good location down the beach from the resort, outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was good. The pool was great and I had cold drinks in the lounge bar. Free parking was convenient. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurants with locals budding in to get seated, the pier, and the waterpark.

Nothing could have been better!

I recently stayed at this resort for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The staff, especially Alejandro and Jaime at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were ready early. Edgar at the omelette station in the mini snack bar was fantastic, and Iris our room attendant took great care of us and even made towel animals and added rose petals to our bed. The activities and instructors for archery and rock climbing were great. I also appreciated the security staff in the pools and on the beach, making sure everyone was safe. the food was delicious and the pool area was clean with plenty of space for everyone. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.

I do recommend this hotel.

27 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the main beach.

Booked a room with a balcony and a king-size bed, and the staff here were exceptionally friendly and pleasant.

The food, service, drinks, beds, ocean view, and activities were all fantastic. The view was amazing and the hotel wasn't overcrowded. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even providing an extra bed for our kids. The calmness and quality of the food were highlights, although it was a bit expensive compared to other stays.

Can't fault the property.

Had a FINE stay with turn down nightly service and a candy kiss on our pillow, glad I've chosen it. The location was stunning, really close to Canadian banks or Mexican ATMs.

Location close to the island, the ocean which has destroyed the beach and a hill. Absolutely amazing and awesome hotel employees all round. Marvellous location, fantastic room with good view of the ocean and island.

My friends and I had an incredible time at the resort. The location was perfect for our nights out as we could easily access the beach and Hugo Islas was right in front of the resort. We loved exploring Ixtapa Island, which was just a short distance away and felt like a little piece of paradise. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they treated us like family and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options, and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the pool areas, where there were always fun activities and friendly staff to keep us entertained.

The only downside was that the hotel could be a bit noisy at times.

Friendly staff, great amenities for kids, delicious food and drinks. Outdoor facilities are very nice, with multiple buffet restaurants and staggered times to avoid crowds. The view from the ocean-facing rooms is amazing. Enjoyed comfortable beds and good coffee.

We stayed at Azul Ixtapa for a week and it was an amazing experience. The front desk staff, Alejandro and Jaime, went above and beyond to make sure we had our rooms ready before check-in time. Edgar at the omelette station in the morning was delightful, and Iris, our room attendant, made sure we had everything we needed and even created beautiful towel animals and rose petals on our bed. The activities and instructors for archery and rock climbing were fantastic, and the security staff at the pools and beach were always attentive. The grounds were well kept and the food options were abundant, especially the delicious specialty restaurants. The kids pool area was a hit with our family. a wonderful stay.
