There were a writing desk and an air conditioning in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. Being so close to all the nightclubs that are open all night was a great advantage for me. The cleanliness of the communal areas was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was better than the all-inclusive breakfasts offered at other places. Another great feature was the proximity to the ADO station, which was only a 5-minute walk away. Moreover, it was a short 2-15 minute walk to some of the best beaches in the area.

The location was the best with this hotel, very close to the beach and shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was not very good - you recieve a toast plus coffe and orange juice. Our room was not very good, the toilet was not working well, hot water was hard to get when showering. The lighting in the room was horrible.

Amazing breakfast at 7:30am and the location is breathtaking. Definitely, we're planning to come back because our stay was fantastic! 🌅

Noisy a/c Lack of maintenance for the pool and scuba diving lessons taking place in there

The location was fantastic for exploring Quinta Avenida. The hotel was just a mile away from the airport. The room was spacious and had a private bathroom, a shared balcony, and comfortable beds.

The common areas are beautifully decorated and the location is right on the main drag of Playa del Carmen - 5th Avenue! I didn't have to same complaints as others about street or bar noise. I slept comfortably every night. My room came with a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. It wasn't too terribly hot when I was there, so I didn't need to air conditioning the whole time, but I'd recommend it anyway. The ADO bus terminal is about 5 blocks from the hotel. Certainly doable even with heavy luggage.

The rooms are sparsely decorated, but you get what you paid for. Fifth avenue and the surrounding streets are closed to traffic, so if you go by taxi, you do have to walk with your luggage for an avenue block in order to reach the hotel. Rooms with air conditioning and TV are extra. And I'd recommend you bring your own toiletries. The hotel charges MXN 10.00 for shampoo.

Newly remodelled rooms and pleasant staff - wonderful hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location was fantastic! It's right on the main street, just a minute away from the beach. Being on 5th Avenue, I had easy access to all the tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly and always ready to help. The service was top-notch. Another great aspect was the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the prime location. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. The airconditioning worked well, ensuring a pleasant stay even in the hot weather.
