I always come back to this hotel because of the helpful staff. They once found my lost bracelet, and I've never had any regrets. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. Coming back for Easter!

Its location was great, just off downtown area and the main downtown and convenience stores and the shopping district. We visited Kaiseki Okada, based not very far from the hotel.

There were only two charging plugs in the room, which made it tough for us to recharge our devices. , we found the pricing to be unreasonable and felt ripped off, as we saw it was almost half the price for the next night.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was just great! the complimentary toiletries and pyjamas were a lovely touch, making me feel right at home. the location was bang on point as it was just a short stroll away from the popular shopping areas. What a convenience! Lastly, the breakfast spread was filling and of great quality. I enjoyed it so much and it truly was the cherry on top of my stay.

I faced a minor annoyance with the Wi-Fi connection as it was a bit unstable. the checkout process was not very flexible, as they allowed my friends to have a late checkout but not me.
