I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning property in the middle of nowhere. The room was like a private house, quiet, and authentic. The food was out of this world, and the staff were super helpful and kind. They even let us enjoy the pool and have lunch after we checked out. I fell in love with the oasis and it's definitely worth staying the night to relax and escape.

The restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere, and the breakfast selection is mind-blowing. The staff are super friendly and collaborative, providing top-notch service. The owner's hospitality sets an example for first-class service, with personalized touches like a delicious cold meats and cheese dish waiting in our room upon arrival. The included travel recommendations for exploring the charming surrounding villages were a nice bonus. The peace and tranquility of Susafa make it the perfect getaway spot for reconnecting with nature. We can't wait to return!

The residence is located in a wonderful countryside setting away from any noise or traffic. The building is beautifully restored and is quite impressive. The food is also of a very high standard.

The location is not easily accessible however for those who like to explore it is quite a nice challenge.

We stayed at Susafa for three nights at the end of our Sicily trip and it was the perfect way to unwind. The property is stunning, with beautifully updated rooms and breathtaking views all around. The pool area is a great place to relax, and the staff was extremely accommodating and efficient. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant, which served absolutely amazing meals in a lovely setting. It was a refreshing change from the usual touristy stuff.

We had a wonderful time at this oasis in the heart of Sicily. The farmhouse renovation was impressive, blending modern comforts with the charm of the past. I highly recommend this ideal spot for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

It is a lovely place in the Madonie Mountains. A very old masseria perfectely renovated by the owners, with an incredible good taste. Surronded by wheat fields, laying in absolute peace and silence, it represents a break that everybody should experience at least once in the life!

This place is in an absolutely inspiring setting in a beautiful mountain farming area in Sicily. It is unique. Food is excellent, staff is friendly, scenery is exceptional and the buildings evoke thoughts of a beautiful medieval monastery. This is an excellent place if you just want to relax in a very peaceful beautiful environment. The price was very reasonable also. You will want to make sure you have an excellent map and directions since it is almost impossible to find on twisting mountain roads in the middle of nowhere. but that is part of the charm.
