The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and great location, close to the resturant. The standard room was immaculate and had a large bathroom. The staff were extremely hospitable and very very helpful all the time.

We spend 1 night in Tlalnepantla lovely. The staff was very very helpful, excellent with every request. The food was good and the location was favourable. It was maximum 23 minutes drive to the airport.

A wide array of goodies for breakfast. The location good close to the most popular tourist attractions. Also, easy to get to Capri Casino.

The hotel's location was favourable close to the resturant. And it was not too far away from Casa Moranchel, ate there couple of times.

We had to wait a long time for service in the dining room. It felt like our status as tourists from the U.S. made us disfavored by the staff. Several people in our group had the experience of ordering drinks and waiting for 20 to 30 minutes.
