Clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, excellent location in Chungking Mansions, great communication and accommodation from the manager, quick response to fix air conditioner, among the best options in the building.

The hotel is acually not bad. Very simple, but great location and very well maintained. I booked a triple room so that I have a bit more space, double room is too small. All rooms are in peerfect condition and impeccably clean. All equipment is working, linens are good quality and clean, and the hotel manager is very helpful. All in all, good value for money.
Downside: if you want to pay with credit card, you have to go to different wing to different hotel and pay 3% more. It is not announced in the booking. The indian shop owners downstairs are not that bad, but for some people could be annoying. The air conditioner is very noisy, so take ear plugs.

Relatively clean room - super tidy and stylish, free wifi - mind-blowingly fast, free refill water - awesome hydration, location in the center of TST - jaw-dropping convenience for transport and dining. Owner super helpful and friendly.

The congested unsafe feel of the approach to the lift area, the long delay of the wait for the lift, the pathetically small room, the danger of fire or any reason requiring stair exit from high level, the airconditioning from above dripping onto my room and keeping me awake. If this is how I have to stay in HK I wouldnt return.

Convenient location, room is amiably clean and most of all didn't make my wallet cry.
Long queue on the elevator.

The host was very kind and helpful and rooms were accetable. Cheap and cheerful, for the price. Nothing to complain about the accommodation. Located immediately next to Tsim Sha Tsui train station, which is excellent if you have the Octopus card or Airport Express Travel Pass.
It's located in a cheap, dirty ghetto-like building which is crowded by different kinds of salesmen. Rooms are accesible only via a very busy elevator. If you are looking for a safe and peaceful location, avoid this place.
