Great facilities in general, particularly good location near the airport. Close to Funchal town centre, the center of Funchal and Funchal.

The hotel was fairly clean, gorgeous, had very helpful and attentive staff on the reception desk. We had twin room to ourselves with the bedroom and individual beds plus seaview balcony.

Exceptionally nice and lovely location, just walking distance from everywhere. Situated in a very very nice area. The tastefully decorated and fairly quiet room with individual beds.

We loved the variety of hotel facilities, including the four pools, gym, and mini golf. Location was convenient with free shuttle to town. Cleanliness was fantastic, and staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are nicely decorated and clean and they have central heating, a work desk, and television. It boasts great location close enough to the black sand / pebble beach, the restaurant, and the promenade.

The quality of the buffet food was not agreed with the rest of the services offered by the hotel.

Just walking distance from attractions, including Praia Formosa. 750 feet away there is Espettus. Location not far from madeira palacio, d bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away.

The room was tastefully decorated and clean with individual beds, we had a good rest. Location: the hotel was short walk to Funchal city centre and the island.

The facility is great, the buffet has exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the evenings at sunset. We'll be back.

It wasn't possible to get an umbrella. A make-up mirror is also standard for a star hotel today. We had booked a suite that otherwise met our expectations.

The location seemed good on the promenade. Further, it was just next door to Madeira as well as the center of Funchal.

The setting is nice and lovely, really close to the island of Madeira, many activities, and a taxi, very nice area. Moreover, it is close to a popular beach.
