The most important was the staff - incredibly polite and excellent people. Appreciated a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. The food was fantastic, with lots of options. Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to all the restaurants, Souvenir shops, and nearly clubs. Furthermore, 3mn away from the bus station.

Our stay at Lunata - 5th Avenue was absolutely amazing! The hotel has a beautiful Mexican style design and is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. We loved the fact that we were within walking distance to all the fun bars and the beach. The staff, especially Yodantzi, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information on excursions in Playa Del Carmen. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. Despite some noise from the nearby clubs and bars, we had a wonderful time at Lunata - 5th Avenue. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Lunata - 5Th Avenue. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a garden view. The location was perfect, right on the bustling 5th Avenue and close to everything I wanted to see. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel right at home.
For breakfast selection, I wished there were more options to choose from.

Our room was small but very comfortable, with good lightning. We didn´t hear any noise from outside, though it was located in the front of the most animated avenue in Playa del Carmen. The room (and the whole hotel) is vvery well decorated and charming. There is free wifi connection inside the rooms.
The breakfast was poor, with few options. There were no fruits or yoghurt. We had a problem with the locker: the receptionist asked if we would want to use the safe, and as we wanted we had to sign a term about it. In the day we checked out, we accidentaly broke the locker (it fell on the floor) and had to pay us$ 80,00 because of it.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, providing great tips and making us feel at home. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The location was perfect, right on the lively 5th avenue where all the action happens at night. It was also close to everything, including the bus station which was only a 3-minute walk away. The hotel's facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a fantastic experience.
