The hotel's central location in the area makes it easy to access the main bus station of the town. The rooms were clean and neat with great service provided by the staff. The breakfast was fresh and up to standard, and the pool was well-maintained.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel! The pool and gardens were spotlessly clean and well-kept. Had a comfortable room with fantastic bedding, and bathroom toiletries were top-notch! The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Loved that it had free beach shuttle services and convenient access to the city center.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find, and some taxi drivers were reluctant to take us there. The hotel's location was a little far from the city center, but the inner-city minibus stopped in front of the hotel, so it was not a significant issue.

We recently went for a romantic escape and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The rooms were new and luxurious, and very clean. The pool and garden area was well-kept, and we enjoyed lounging in the hammocks. The breakfast was also great with fresh produce and attentive staff. One added bonus was the proximity to the bus station and downtown.

It's not located directly by the beach, but it’s only a short walk away, so it wasn't a major issue. the reception staff could have been more welcoming and hospitable, and that would have been a great addition to make the stay even better.
