The hotel had a green and nice territory, with a short walk to the beach alongside the lake. Good variety of food, fresh and with many choices. Helpful staff who spoke multiple languages. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed regularly. All-inclusive package was great value for money.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Here we were close to few of our favorite spots such as Nashira Aquapark. No complains at all with the hotel. Just walking distance from the restaurant saray.

We would recommend this hotel. Only 15 minutes walk to barbados and close to many other tourist attractions;))

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including its close location to the beach and its clean premises nestled in the forest. Additionally, the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay much more comfortable. Finally, I appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options, making it easy to navigate around this city.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be great, as it was very close to the beach and had a beautiful forest nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained.

We did notice that the Wi-Fi was not free and the speed was quite slow, which was a bit disappointing.

Our stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the impeccable service to the exclusive amenities, every need was fulfilled. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The beach access was also a plus, with private facilities for guests. The live entertainment was top-notch, providing a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. Plus, the exquisite restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar offered a wide range of options, including special diet menus.

While the hotel provided incredible service and facilities, we did experience some minor issues with the karaoke and night club, which were not up to the standard of the rest of the venue. However, this was only a small disappointment in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Great views and excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had an amazing rooftop pool. The staff were accommodating and helpful, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! Loved the variety of food and drinks offered. The location was ideal - close to the beach and shops. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel also had an amazing spa that I enjoyed during my stay.

The language barrier as most of the staff did not speak English well. It made it a bit difficult to communicate at times.
