We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious room at Lee Design Hotel. The shower was massive and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak. The staff also spoke English and Spanish, making communication easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a great time during our romantic escape. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge shower and a comfortable bathtub for two. We also enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee in the minibar.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly, which was a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer nights. The bubble wash soap pack provided by the hotel wasn't really nice and was oftentimes inadequate for our needs, as we had to keep asking for more.

Additionally, it was situated in a convenient location close to several restaurants and Everland, which I accessed using a cab. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and staff members were helpful and friendly.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Reviews mentioned dust, hair, and even sharp pieces of glass not being cleaned properly.

The staff was really friendly and willing to help us with our needs. The room had a really comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great shower. there were complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and coke, which was great.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly and there was a lot of dust and hair in the room. Plus, some parts of the bathroom were dirty and had a bad smell.
