  Just a few minutes north of Perugia, the views perfect and the hotel staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was great and breakfast was beautiful. The dinners were amazing, the receptionist/manager Lucia was unbelievably effective and professional.

  Beth and jeff salamon, long valley nj, superb location, we really liked this charming Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, the Owner was wonderful to us and the breakfast laid out in the lounge just outside our room was amazing. The food was excellent.

  The location was central for us to tour umbria including a day trip to rome, our stay was wonderful and the staff were friendly and professional. The bathroom was as good and from the breakfast we had to dinner everything was just perfect. The property employees were extremely thoughtful and very helpful.

  The location makes a convenient base for exploring the umbrian countryside and one of the most charming places I have ever been. The staff are extremely courteous and polite, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The local restaurants are wonderful and very reasonably priced, great Italian Get Away.

  The location is in the gorgeous umbrian countryside not far from Perugia and lucia on reception could not have been more welcoming. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, the restaurant is really good.

  The view from the window looking out across to the woods was lovely and extremely quiet, each meal we tried, we found to be fine and high quality, the excellent and helpful staff provided printed driving directions. The rooms were extremely clean, the food was delicious and good value.
