I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was impressive and it was nice to come back to a tidy space at the end of the day. The hotel facilities were top-notch with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the close proximity to the metro station, making transportation around this city a breeze. Another great aspect was the breakfast - it was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, adding to an overall enjoyable experience.
Not obvious to find. Despite the many great aspects of the hotel, one thing that could have been improved is the hotel's location.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the city center and had a good selection of Chinese food in their restaurant. Its location was convenient, close to shopping centers and only a short walk from the train station.
The staff struggled with English, and communication was challenging. The hotel was quite dated, and some areas were in need of refurbishment.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve and loved it! The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a few shopping centers and public transportation. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, always eager to answer any questions we had. The internet was fast and free, which was a huge plus.
The breakfast could have been better, as there weren't many options for non-Chinese guests. Also, the TV only had a couple of channels in English, which was disappointing. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located in a great area with easy access to the mall which is only 10 minutes away by bicycle. It is situated in the business district and close to the metro station which is convenient for travel. The rooms are decent and clean, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds.
The staff at the hotel is not very fluent in English, which can be frustrating for non-native speakers.
