The room I had was good and lovely with fireplace and balcony plus renovated bathroom.

We greatly enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel and would stay here again. Our room for free breakfast was newly remodeled and well soundproofed with great beds. It was a perfect location close to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, the coffee shop, liquor store, and gift shops.

Truly enjoyed the a double room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The hotel's location was stunning, near bookstore and the Chateau Lake Louise and most major attractions. Furthermore, to the restaurant.

Its location in Lake Louise was particularly good, so close to the best restaurants, Lake Louise and Lake Moraine, and the 6km hike. I tried some drinks at bar Explorer's Lounge, located 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were recently refurbished and the beds were extremely comfy, I loved it. Everyone working at this beautifully kept hotel was immensely pleasant.
