I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful gardens and small lakes to explore. The Japanese restaurant was a true gem, and I had the privilege of being the only guest at the time. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided breathtaking views. I had a decent experience at this hotel during my recent business trip. The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to the train station and downtown area. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service throughout my stay.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the internet access was quite poor, especially for connections to the US. This was quite frustrating, as I needed to stay connected for work purposes.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel and was blown away by the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel's shuttle service to the nearby train station and downtown area was a huge advantage. We also loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel, which added to the festive atmosphere.
The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but this was only a minor issue. the internet connection was not the best, but it didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.
