Beautiful Scenery and Great Food, Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway

The surroundings of the hotel are breathtakingly beautiful, with lovely gardens and stunning countryside views. It's a peaceful and perfect location for a relaxing getaway, just a short drive away from the city center. Not only does the hotel offer delicious Thai and Western cuisines, but their pizza and pasta are a real standout and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We have noticed that the maintenance in the gardens and surrounding areas is not up to par, which takes away from the natural beauty of the location. Furthermore, the hotel appears to have an influx of pre-wedding photoshoots, which can make it feel crowded and less tranquil. The overall management of the hotel could be improved, with room for things like better lighting and fewer blackouts, but the helpful and polite staff do make up for some of these issues.

The hotel was built and designed with sensitivity and forethought with very beautiful views from the dining room and lobby and most of the villas. The food on the whole was very good, both Italian and Thai. The staff were pleasant and helpul although lacking that professional polish that distinguishes a truly professionally run hotel. I like opera but piped Pavarotti for breakfast, lunch and dinner was too much!.But this is almost backwoods Thailand, way off the foreign-tourist track so a remarkable find, and certainly a place to revisit.The weather was awful - rain, rain, rain!

During our stay, we enjoyed the convenient location and access to nearby activities. Our room was quite spacious with comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom. The staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options to satisfy different preferences, along with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The pool area was well-maintained and inviting, allowing us to relax in a peaceful environment.

There were too many photoshoots taking place on the property, which affected our ability to relax in certain areas.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location not far from main activities. We also appreciated the clean facilities and easy parking and transportation options available.

The hotel had a fantastic location, not far from main activities. The service was impeccable, with room service and valet parking available. I was welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I loved relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the garden furniture. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the refrigerator and electric kettle in the room were convenient. The flat-screen TV had great channels to choose from. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. I particularly enjoyed dining in the outdoor dining area, surrounded by the beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Over my Easter vacation, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with fantastic gardens that transport you to another country. The Italian-inspired landscaping was breathtaking and picturesque. The room was also spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. A few steps away from the hotel, you can rent a 4x4 to make your way up the nearby mountains.

The only downside of my stay was that, at times, the noise from other rooms was quite noticeable. This was particularly true at night when a couple in the adjacent room had an argument.
