Good location and clean, nice room a 5 min walk from the free Documenta festival bus stop at the tip of Karlsaue, la Strada is utterly mediocre and many elements of my stay there were quite unpleasant. Bathrooms are clean, bright, well equipped.

Internet in lobby is very poor and some staff are not really friendly.

Location near the center, reasonably convenient by tram to Documenta and cheap hotel during five days of dOCUMENTA. The price was good and the staff were friendly in a distant kind of way. The room was nice, the toilet and the sink was dirty, the restaurant was fine.

Straszenbahn stop near to location, very clean hotel and i liked helpfullness of staff information about documenta etc. Nice modern bath facility and good breakfast.

In our view, this incident casts a very strange light upon booked and good hotel. Helpful staff, nice silent rooms and breakfast great. Really liked the swimming pool.
