The location was convenient, close to a tram stop, but it's away from the town center. The staff was only average but I was happy they pointed me towards the tram station. Although they couldn't suggest any other restaurants in the area, they gave me good directions.

The service must be a joke at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the tram stop, making it so easy to explore the city and get to the town center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a relaxing sun terrace and a beautiful garden area where we could unwind after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely sitting area and a terrace where we could enjoy the views. The flat-screen TV and heating added to the overall comfort of our stay.

Families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay will definitely appreciate this hotel.

This is not a hotel for turism and the staff makes sure to let the turist there know. There is a tram stop near the hotel, but if you ask for the transport for reaching it, they only advice you to take a taxi. Also, as at the end I went alone, when i asked if i could change to single room, they told me "No, because you book from Booked.net..." looking at me down. They really made sure to make me feel I did not belong there. Also, it is pretty near from the center. Near the Exhibition center but NOT the Congress Palace.

Great value for money and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options to start the day. The hotel’s location was perfect, situated within walking distance to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay, which caused some noise and inconvenience. The Wi-Fi was not consistent and the staff was not very friendly, but overall it did not detract from the positive aspects of the hotel.
