This is a private Beverly Hill hotel that is very elegant and secluded but still close to Rodeo Drive. The staff is excellent; they even offer curbside check-in. The outdoor patio is lovely and so is the pool. However, some guests have complained that the food is only average at best.

Moreover the standard rooms are huge and mini bar beverages that are non alcoholic are complimentary.
Rooms are large, soft drinks in the mini bar are nice touches and the gym is good.
The views from the rooftop pool are beautiful, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very private and quiet, a very warm welcome from all the staff as you enter the lobby.

Very nice rooftop bar/pool area and light woods and bright. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and i used the house car once and was very convenient. The meters and signs did not make this clear, style was contemporary and excellent, the staff were friendly, professional and very attentive.

Nice location and awesome hotel. The lobby was quiet, service was excellent and the Maids were very good as was the Concierge. The room was very spacious, the food was some of the best that I have ever had and the new menu was a big improvement.

The view from the rooftop pool at night is amazing and the exceptional aspect of the hotel is well is maintained and is spotless. A very warm welcome from all the staff as you enter the lobby, the best service I have ever seen and kristine at the concierge desk is awesome. Beds are incredibly comfortable and bar have a calm.

The architecture in the restaurant and the views from the rooftop pool are beautiful, room service is as efficient and as fast as the Clift Hotel in SF, lobby and public spaces are very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and bathrooms are fantastic.
