Nothing, all excellent.

Spent Xmas here and enjoyed the holiday vibe. The rooms were modern and clean, equipped with great air conditioning which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Location was convenient, with easy taxi access to nearby restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was decent.

The spa was overpriced and not worth the money. the tipping policy was absurd and disappointing.

The spa at Minh Tam Hotel & Spa 3/2 was a great experience. Although I didn't get to try it myself, I saw many guests enjoying the spa and massage services in-house. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everyone felt relaxed and pampered.
